Coping Arsenal... (Originally posted 9/18/14)

I referred to this yesterday, & it's come back around already on the giant Rolodex that is my brain. These are the tools we use to cope with what life throws at us on a daily, sometimes minute-by-minute basis. This list is by no means exhaustive; but as I said yesterday, power can be a powerful tool, if you can learn to harness it & use it responsibly. If you are not responsible with it - you are NO better than the person(s) that used it to abuse you. Anger - yes, I said  anger. How often has this been used against you? Bullying is misused anger. Did you know it's possible to use your anger responsibly? I personally use my anger about injustice to fight for the underdog. You must be respectful, & it has to come from a place of real love & passion for what you're fighting against/for. Fighting - yet another powerful tool. You can't just fight for the sake of fighting, though. Again, it must come from a place of respect, for yourself AND who/what you're fighting with/for. There are many more tools; but I will save them for another time. Until next time, have a good day & be safe...
